NOBLERISE sells compressed gas products through an order-request flow so we can confirm the destination, carrier rules and final product availability before payment.
01 · Shipping
Destination checks come first.
Compressed gas shipping rules depend on the destination, carrier and product. We confirm whether the selected helium or CO2 product can ship to your address, then reply with the final shipping charge and delivery estimate.
Orders are not considered accepted until NOBLERISE confirms availability and shipping by email.
02 · Returns
Contact us before sending anything back.
For damaged, incorrect or unused items, email noblerisehq@outlook.com with your order details and photos within 30 days of delivery. We will provide the applicable return instructions for the product and destination.
Do not return a pressurized cylinder without written instructions.
03 · Gas safety
Use the product for its stated purpose.
Helium and CO2 are compressed gases. Do not inhale either gas. Keep cylinders upright, cool, dry and away from heat. Use in a ventilated area and keep away from children. Do not refill, puncture, modify or connect a cylinder to equipment that does not match its stated connection.
For CO2, verify that your soda maker uses a threaded screw-in connection. Quick Connect machines are not compatible with the listed cylinder.

When you submit an order request, the name, email and delivery location are sent to noblerisehq@outlook.com so we can respond. We do not collect card details on this static site.
